Intern Spotlight: Samuel Diaz

Wild Basin

Samuel Diaz is a freshman at San Juan Diego Catholic High School. During his spare time, Samuel likes to run, read, draw, do origami and spend time with his family. He has not yet decided what to study in college or what to be when he grows up but Wild Basin Creative Research Center will give him experience and an idea of what kind of job he would want in the future. The reason why Samuel chose this place for his CIP job (Corporate Internship) is because he likes to be outdoors and loves the animals here. For Samuel's freshman year on Thursdays, he is going to help maintain the butterfly garden and trails, assist with school tours, and keep the preserve secure for visitors and wildlife to enjoy.
